Cancellation Policy

Confidence Hair Salon offers no charge on Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to appointment time. Any Cancellation, Reschedule, or No-Show made within 24 hour window of appointment time will result in a mandatory 50% Cancellation Fee. This is non-negotiable, non-refundable and is not a deposit for future services.

We highly recommend ensuring your availability prior to reservation. Our goal is to provide a high standard of service and we believe that a minimum of 24hr notice of a cancellation is a courtesy our valued guests align with.

Credit Card Reservation

A Credit Card on file is required for all appointments. When a guest provides this information at reservation, Confidence Hair Salon takes this as agreement by the guest to our Cancellation Policy.

Service Edits Post Departure

The goal of everyday at Confidence is to produce beautiful work that we believe in. In the event that upon departure you notice a detail you would like adjusted about your haircut, color, blonding, or extensions we ask that you contact our Front Desk to book an Edit.

Guests are required to request an edit to service within 48 hours departure from the salon. Guests are asked to make arrangements to be back in the salon a maximum of two weeks from the original service date. Some restrictions apply.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Agreement to these terms is taken as acknowledged upon reservation of appointment.

Content Creation

Our team meets the ever-increasing needs of visibility in our industry by photographing or recording their work throughout the day. When booking with us, please understand that this is not meant to be an inconvenience, and we ask that if for any reason you would not like to be photographed - communicate that directly to your stylist.

Content creators, or influencers, are asked to acknowledge how and when content created from their appointment will be used on their own platforms prior to beginning the service. Our stylists want the best possible visuals for content and this courtesy provides them with a better idea of how to set up the area and service for content creation.
