Christy is approaching two decades in our amazing industry and she has used that time to experience all its facets. She opened Confidence Hair Salon with the desire to nurture the growth of fledgling stylists, as well as provide a shared working space for stylists interested in refining their service in a calm, growth focused environment. With a longstanding career as an independent salon suite owner, she understands the benefit of that career path and aligns her company's ethics with individual stylist growth at the forefront. Most recently, she took on an Educator role at a Gainesville-based cosmetology school and allowed the experience to deepen her desire to build a team of stylists. Now, as a Salon + Barbershop Owner, she's ready to share her space with you! Christy enjoys dedicating time to her Modern and Lived-In Blondes, Dimensional Brunettes, and Custom Weft Extension work.

Lillie joined Confidence half a decade into her career and we couldn’t be more grateful for the addition! With a background in AVEDA education and brand ambassadorship - Lillie’s presence on the team continues to inspire curiosity in us! With a passion for Modern Blonding and Craft Haircutting, her chair is the place to be.

Elisabeth is enjoying the steady growth of her career with Confidence Hair Salon. She continued her education post-graduation through a direct mentorship with Christy, utilizing the time working together to be as hands-on and curious as possible. Elisabeth has built a steady clientele within her time here that values her gentle demeanor and authentic talent. Elisabeth enjoys Vivid Color projects, Bridal Styling, Modern Blonding + Colorwork, and Haircutting.

Our #babystylist! Lydia became a member of Confidence as soon as completing school and receiving her license. You will find her working closely with Christy for her mentorship, as well as providing a second pair of hands to Lillie and Elisabeth when needed.
